What happens when I use more than 10 gbs?

As i understand the agreement if i use more then 10 gb's of high speed Internet service verizon automatically drops me down to 600 kbps on 3g service.  My question is if about a third of my 3g Internet is below that threshold what does mean concerning both my service and my contract

Nothing. The 3G speeds is up to 600 kbps so signal could be slower.

Are you referring to kilobytes per second (kB/s) instead of kilobits per second (kbps)?

i use speedtest  it only gives me measurements in Mbps or kB/s
