Which plan do you have? Which phone model do you have? What is the charge amount on the bill?

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Robtyjay, have no fear, your wireless help is here.

Social Media & Networking is one of our Data Utilization Categories. This category is for popular social applications and destinations such as: Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Evite and SnapChatn just to name a few. Did you have a certain question you wanted to ask about this category?

I had 19% usage on my statement and I do not have any social media apps on my phone any longer. When I did I only had IG. Is there an option to break down the sites or apps?

chuney5, I will certainly be more than happy to assist you with any questions you have on your data usage. I know how tricky data usage can be to grasp for every percentage you have used. We actually do not have a resource that shows us the sites or specific apps you use for your privacy and protection. This is just a category for a site or app you may have used that our system identifies as a social media category. What can help with gaining more clarity on your data usage is to visit My Verizon and select to view our Data Utilization Tool. You can view this by logging onto My Verizon and visiting the My Usage page. That is when you can click on View Data Utilization, if prompted review the disclaimer, and click accept. You can also click on the link below to view all of the details on our Data Utilization Tool. Let me know if this does help. https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/data-utilization-faqs/
