Verizon UP Mobile+Home stuck at Pending for months

Hi.  I have both Verizon Fios + Verizon Wireless services.  I enrolled in Verizon Up rewards and was at level 2 reward status.  I upgraded to Fios Gigabit connection and moved up to Level 3 immediately.  I am receiving the level 3 discounts on both my wireless and Fios bills but I stopped accruing Verzon Device dollars for the past 2 bill cycles and when I check my Mobile+Home Awards level in the My Verizon App it has been stuck on "pending for over 2 months now.  Is there any fix for this situation?.  Anyone else have this problem and solved it?    Thanks for any help.

Verizon Up is terrible!!! Verizon have no idea how to handle it?? Verizon Up App doesn't let you join nor show your current status?? Don't call Verizon Loyalty Program because they are worst, Verizon Rep have no idea how to enroll or fix any Problems.

Getting the rewards you deserve is definitely important, and I would be more than happy to help you out. If the status of the discount is till showing as pending, you may want to try registering, or re- registering your FiOS online registration. In regard to the Device Dollars. I am afraid if I reregister in the program I will lose the $5/month "bonus" rewards discount I am receiving on both services.  I am inclined to just leave it alone for now and not risk Verizon messing up things up.  I love their services but their website/Apps software programming is so buggy its a shame.  You would think a tech company as big as Verizon would have the best App and website programming.

Don't because if you do you end up loosing more! And don't call the above number that Represents provided. After I have had called that number I ended up loosing $10 discount from Wireless.
