Purchased phones Apr 2, rebate center says I registered for rebate Apr 15, and it's STILL in process. I have had 3 billing cycles. Despite this, the rebate system and representatives claim that my rebate is in the final phase of approval. The rebate process has not worked as promised by Verizon. I have attempted to get contact information to lodge a complaint to no avail. Phone calls are referred to the rebate center, which is the source of the problem. There is no place to escalate this poor customer service.
I know there are many customers in my same situation. I suggest we band together for a class action suit to get our rebates and damages for the time wasted that we can never get back in our lives working on this.
I have found no party at Verizon who can provide an answer to this problem.
If anyone has a suggestion, please post!

Thanks for your comments, but they're not helpful in resolving the problem.
There is nothing "obviously wrong" with my rebate submission that Verizon
has communicated. If you have a productive suggestion, I'm sure the many
people with the same problem in the forums would love to hear from you.
Directions were followed. Any other suggestions? Or are you going to
continue to be a worthless, rude and obnoxious contributor?
I came for advice - not for your insults. If anyone looks at all of the
threads you participate in, they will agree.
Babs...you are not alone. I have experienced incompetence on Verizon's part also. I have had Verizon reps submit my information to their rebate centers, and the responses have stated that the submissions were invalid due to "incomplete" or missing information. If Verizon reps cannot properly submit the information then what are customers supposed to do? Must be chaos by design.
