This is my last attempt to get my trade in problem resolve.  I have spoken to countless MANAGERS and still the issue has not resolved.  I traded in two iphone but only received one credit back.  I have called and spoke w/ so many people, one who even said I can't believe you have to go through all this.  I finally got my credit for two phones and then all of a sudden it was taken away because they put in on the same line.   I spoke to managers after managers, even got text for proof that I sent in a complaint that it should be taken care of.  Again, it has been almost a year since the trade, and the same issue still not resolved.  Somebody, PLEASE resolve this issue.

Sad to say, I feel your pain...I've been dealing with a rebate problem on a phone we got ONE YEAR AGO.  I've been told everything from, "you should see a response in 5-10 business days" to "I'll call you back after I look into this", but yet nothing has been done. I don't even want to call anymore (maybe this is what they're hoping) because every time it's at least an hour. I wish you luck on getting your problem resolved and if you do, would mind telling me what it took?

A year is too long for you to deal with this issue. Let's find a solution. Can you tell me what rebate you are referring to? Were you using our trade in promotion as part of your rebate?

Try sending a private message on Facebook, that's how I got mine resolved. Even though I got replies back from numerous people they all followed through.
