Stationed in Germany and I need to suspend my account

I am currently stationed in Germany and I need to suspend my account. I cant call Verizon and I cant find an email address to email someone. Can anyone help me with this???

If you can't suspend in a chat, then I've seen where other people will use Skype to give them a call. Otherwise your next best bet is if you have an authorized user on your account to send them in, but you'd have to also e-mail or call them as well.

Verizon doesn't have an email address.

I meant call or e-mail whoever they have as an authorized user on their account; alert them that need their account suspended and go in for them.
