Even though my phone will show me having full bars, I won't be able to access the internet on my phone. I have a Google Pixel and am located in Boston.
I am not even close to my monthly data limit so I don't understand why my service is being throttled or why I am having issues here. This has been a consistent issue for weeks now.
I'm pretty frustrated and am not sure who to contact about this. Does anyone have tips, or someone I can reach out to?
AnikaK95 We certainly want you to get the best use from your data. When did this start? The bars are your signal strength. Can you tell us if you see 4G LTE? May we have your zip code?
