For the past month I have been reading other Verizon customers having issues with their slow data as well as I have had the same issue for some time now,,all I have read from verizons responses is every excuse under the sun with everything other than the stars,moon,and sun are not in correct alignment..I pay almost a car payment for my phone plans and now we are haveing data speed no faster than 1x when my phone has at least 3 bars of 4glte ..if this slow data speed continues I will be more than glad to switch to Alltel..
If AT&T works better for you, then speak with your wallet and switch.

Has nothing to do with the zip codes,,I work for the railroad,I work
throughout the country and always the same route year after year,,I know
what areas Verizon has good service and were it doesn't..I can have full 4g
lte reception but my data speed has now dramatically slowed down..I am not
the only one having these issues,,,I have read endless posts of people with
the same issue..since Verizon has redone their data packages now existing
customers are paying the price and suffering on data speed..so I don't want
to do the "what zip code am I having these issues with" conversation...that
is a comp out way to go around the problem Verizon is having all over the
country..I was with at&t over 10yrs before I switched to Verizon,and I have
been with Verizon for around 15yrs,and if this is going to become the
normal with your data speed then I can take my car payment worth of cell
phone bill elsewhere.

We know how important it is to have reliable service these days. We also know service can br tricky while traveling, expecially cross country (whether train, car. etc). Many factors can effect your signal: location of towers, distance of towers, traffic, buildings/structures, terrains, foliage, etc. In order for us to troubleshoot we would need to know specific areas. One question for you is are you on one of our unlimited plans or on a tiered plan amount?

You apparently did not understand a thing I said on my last message,,I'm
not talking about the terrain,or if the sun moon and stars are perfectly in
alignment,,I'm saying my phone can say I have full 4Glte reception and when
i try to get on the internet the data is as slow as dial up to load..so
with a combined 25yrs between at&t and Verizon of having a cell phone I'm
not retarded and fully away as you travel reception changes as I stated in
my last message that you clearly didn't read enough to let it sink in or
you wouldn't give me the kind of answers that I've already said I'm aware
of were I get reception and were I don't...and the more answers I get back
like your trying to explain to me like I'm a child who is trying to put a
square peg threw a round hole is turning me off even more towards
Verizon.And FYI I have the same data problem when I'm home...maybe Verizon
is doing this because my phones are paid for,I have no early termination
fees,and you are trying to get me to upgrade to your "latest and greatest"
and get locked back under contract or an edge plan..and before you ask how
old my phones are they are Droid turbos and not some old flip phones,,and
yes they all have been up to date with all their downloads

I keep hearing the same thing over and over again by Verizon associates. "We all want you to have a great experience with Verizon! We never want you to be unsatisfied with our service! We want to to work with you to get you what you deserve!" Really? Lets see if you can get me the one simple thing I deserve after I've been with you since the dawn of cell phones and your company! I would be thrilled with Verizon once again if you would follow through with what you all say you want to do for me. Starting by responding to this reply and starting a private conversation with me. I think it would be in Verizon's better interest that this issue be kept between just you and I.
