I want to voice my frustration over not being able to schedule a payment more than 2 weeks away. I get the email that my bill is ready (received 12/26/17). Payment due date is 1/18/18. I try and schedule a payment, and the furthest date available is 1/10/17. At the very least, the due date should be available.
Thank you for your feedback, DEBSAIC. You are correct, at this time you are able to post-date a payment up to 14 days in advance. Do you tend to pay your bill at the same time each month? If so, have you thought about signing up for auto pay so you don't have to worry about making your payment manually?
