We were called in to the local Verizon office for a deal where we could upgrade to new phones for no charge. The rep there told us, Yes there is no charge, it's a new program called Edge. When we got our first bill we were charged almost $800 in total with monthly payments of about $40 dollars for the phones. We called Verizon but they said we had contracts so we were stuck. We asked to speak to a manager but we were not allowed to. What a poor way to treat customers.
