I'm at wits end! After months of attempting to resolve an issue, dropped phone calls, hours on the line, promised - BUT NEVER DELIVERED - credits - I'm ready to drop Verizon. I've been a loyal customer for 12+ years but this experience has left me scratching my head as to how a company can be run this way and still flourish. I figured I'd give 1 FINAL written complaint (I guess - just so I can say, "I tried!").
