hi. can I please be contacted about an order that I placed online for a new phone and line? no proof of residency so I was not able to get that order. I was still charged $94. that was 2 weeks ago. this week I was able to go in store and get the phone. I was told there was no reason I should have been held back the first time. I paid another down payment Thursday for $134. I really need my money back. please help
