On two separate occasions I tried to redeem an Up reward for 1GB of data. Both times, it said there's a problem with redemption and the data didn't load to my account. However, I lost two UP reward credits in the process.
I do not want to get on the phone with Verizon or engage in a lengthy chat. I have done this before and it is extremely frustrating and unproductive.
I just want Verizon to look up my account and put the two wasted UP rewards back in. How can I bypass Verizon's runaround?
Why do I have problem only when I try to claim a reward that involves extra data?
