YES! This number. If I had found this two days ago, I could have saved hours of wasted time. I just spoke to an internet order specialist named José at this number who in minutes took care of what reps on the main care IVR fumbled with for hours. This guy was a gentleman samurai and his bushido was strong!
If you go through the main number IVR, ask for Online Orders, no matter who you talk to.
