Currently my account is being locked every few days and I'm required to change my password. I suspect somebody has my phone number and is trying to brute force my password.
Is it possible to disable the phone number login as an acceptable UserID and only accept the UserID we created on our profile? Right now it accepts both options as the UserID so this creates a problem.
I’m sorry to see your account has been locked out every few days. When you say locked what specifically is locked? What indications are you seeing that let’s you know that is locked? I want to make sure you get all the help you need.
