Just changed my plan today. Daughter is being dropped from my account to go to straight talk. Straight talk down me card is not accepting her Verizon phone. My cycle ends tomorrow. Does she need to wait and try to set up straight talk tomorrow? My plan hasn't taken affect

We understand looking to take care of your account, Courtney1996. Your daughter should not have to wait to have the cycle end, unless the phone number is being ported. Once you start a port, your line will disconnect automatically after the port is completed at the end of the current cycle. If the device is having issues connecting, it could be the device is not compatible with the provider. What kind of phone is it? Were you able to finish transferring the line to Straight Talk?
