I went online to pay my Verizon bill and it would not let me set the payment date for the date due. All of my bills are paid online and Verizon is the only one that does not let me schedule a payment in the future. This is an inconvenience, especially when we are about to leave on vacation. While I am fairly satisfied with Verizon, I will change services when the contract ends to another good company, but one that lets you schedule a payment date in the future.
And, no, I do not want to schedule automatic payments.
