No support ... still waiting to hear from a store manager

Wow ... been over a week now I've been waiting to hear back on a few issues with my Verizon account and the count continues. First, I called him the day he was supposed to call me cause I never heard anything. He apologized and told me the person he needed to speak with wouldn't be in til the next day but he'd call me then. Guess what? He still hasn't call.

I am so so so sorry I changed to Verizon. I've never disliked any of my service providers as much as I'm learning to Verizon. Rude, not helpful - I still am awaiting information regarding my problemS and get a bill notice tonight. What am I paying for? Just the connection of my phone??  

Was with my last "provider" for over 20 years. When they wouldn't disconnect a secondary number I didn't have control over, I decided it was time for a change. Gosh, what a mistake I made. I can't wait to get away from Verizon and back to ATT Wireless. They are so much better - more efficient and customer focused.
