Can someone explain to me why verizon cant hold a promise? I ordered the Kyocera Brigadier on tuesday BEFORE 4pm, and according to the terms, the phone should have been here wednesday. It's Thursday, and the order is "still processing" and has not even charged my card yet. I cannot get through to a person on phone and the store won't give me a straight answer. I want either a reason my phone is not here, or the ability to cancel my order. My current phone is literally falling apart and I was guaranteed over night delivery.
