My friend turned off my line and put it to suspended status and now I cant access my cloud and cant talk to customer service because I'm only an account member?!?!? I need access to MY own cloud storage. I need someone's help on how to do this.

It's all about the account owner, the name on the account. Account members or those who use a phone on the account cannot make changes. If you want your line to be yours, then you need to complete an Assumption of Liability so that you can take the line from the friend with their permission and go through the credit check and then it's yours. If there are any fees unpaid then those must be paid first.
