Using the computerized assistant, I had asked why I cannot use my mobile hotspot. It responded back saying that it was not included in my plan. I proceeded to ask what was my plan. It replied with the Play More Unlimited (which is correct). Any reason for my mobile hotspot not to be working? Any reason why the computerized assistant would say that it's not included in my plan?
