I'm so sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing My Verizon on your LG Exalt. When did this begin? Are you having any issues with making and receiving calls, or sending text messages?
I have never been able to access MY VERSION on this phone.
All other features work and software is up to date.
I have to use my PC to access MY VERSION APP...and the
message is always the same.

All of the installed apps work properly an are up to date,
except MY VERIZON (version 1.0.7).
No help on line..going to take to local dealer.
