Another example with a different text app (Android messages). The one at 10:19 should have been the first text.

It's very upsetting to get messages out of order, goldw130. It's disturbing to hear that it's been going on so long. We appreciate the examples you've shared. Let's keep working on this. When this happens, what other things are happening on your phone? For instance, are you on a call? The internet? Playing a game? How many apps are open?

I appreciate you taking time to attempt that step. I notice the screen shots sent were indicating you were connected to WiFi. IS this primarily happening while on WiFi? Are you completely disabling the cellular data connection when on WiFi?

It's not always WIFI, I just happened to be connected to WIFI when I took
the screenshots. But as I said in my very first message, it happens whether
I'm on WIFI or data.

Okay seriously if you guys don't do something to fix this ASAP I'm leaving
Verizon. I'm currently in a group text with nine people. My WIFI is full
strength. The messages just stopped coming through and I can't send. I
restarted my phone and switched to data. Still not working. Nobody else is
having this problem.
