Yesterday I purchased a ring tone from the Verizon Tones app. I paid for the app, but when I went to download I had insufficient space. So I deleted a few things and went back to download. Now I get this error message:
You have already purchased this item. Please go to your Music Inbox to Download.
ERROR CODE: 20058
I can't find this "music inbox" anywhere. It's not in any of my folders or an option on the Verizon Tones app. Please help!
I guess u should mention that I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. Thanks.
