Is anyone having issues with customer service ?

I have been trying make changes in my plan, ie:

delete a device. I have gone through

5 encounters and today when I check my account online, it is still there.

A canceled device doesn't fully drop off the account until the end of the current billing cycle.

It's important to us that you are able to adjust your account however you choose, slshyu and I'm happy to help. Let's go over a few details and make sure we are on the same page.

Can you please clarify if you are attempting to disconnect a device or activate a new phone? As Ann154 mentioned, a disconnected line/device will be billed through the end of your current bill cycle and will no longer appear beginning your next bill cycle. Please reach back out to us when you have the opportunity and we will be ready to continue helping.
