As I stated, I removed it in September. However, it's still showing up and I'm still being charged! This needs to be handled! I should not have been charged for Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec!
Daniel, I've been a VERY loyal Verizon customer for many years now! The right thing for Verizon to do, is to make sure the feature has been removed and my account is credited back!
