Suspended two lines without billing, or so I thought. After a phone call with a rep I was advised the problem was corrected. Three months later and I'm still getting billed for two phones that have not been used. 4 hours on the phone, three promises of a call back from someone that deals with escalated problems and still no resolution. Lots of promises of future savings and discounts.
My only solution is to terminate all four phones and trash talk Verizon as far and wide as I can.
