All lines show the same name, that of the account owner currently. I want to rename each line to the correct person's name. My verizon on the mobile app nor the web site seem to have the option. I am signed in as account owner.

Verizon support was able to make the change for me, there is no way within the web or mobile app to name a line anymore.
