How do I upgrade after paying off %50 of my Device Payment Plan device?

Miembro

I see that new lines with a device payment get to upgrade after paying off 50%. However, I don't have that option and I have paid more than that. Is this only for new customers? Also, I have the 12gb plan but don't get the additional 2gbs per line. Do I have to request that?

Having the freedom to upgrade when you want is important, Veri2735. As sprmankalel stated there are only a few select phones that currently have a promotional 24 months & 50% paid off for device payment. Currently the only device that are eligible for the annual upgrade option are the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, as well as the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. However, being on a device payment you can pay off your device at any time and upgrade into a new device.

Only certain phones have this ability. Not all new lines or devices.
