How do i see usage from last month, 6/13/17-7/13/17 ?  They have the data, why can't I see it?

Have you check out this link: http://spr.ly/65838SHoT  This link provides the ability to review your present usage details, and if you click on the link on the upper right hand side of the screen you will be able to review your past billing cycles.

hi, I would like to see the prior month's detail.  there was nothing in the upper had corner of the screen that showed it.  Has the page changed since you put the link there?  Where can I find this info?  thanks,  Dennis

I certainly want to make sure that you get the usage details that you need, dennisaron. Call records are available on the bill but text message records are not. To further clarify, only current text messages logs are available and historical text message logs are not. You can view current text message logs here: http://spr.ly/6609EIQnb You would need to select "View messages details" and then select the line of service to the right of the "Current message log for" heading. Data usage would only be shown if you have a non-unlimited data plan. You can view your prior bills here: http://spr.ly/6600EIQnj You'll need to scroll down and select the correct billing period. Once you do, select "View this bill PDF" and you'll have the full bill details. You'll need to scroll down in the bill statement to view the call records. Which usage were you looking for? Why don't you display historical text message log?  As least the month prior.  I needed to look something up that happen the day before but it was the change over of the month and the information was gone.  Or at least the last week of the previous month?  You must have the information.  This would be very helpful for people.

why54, we definitely want to make sure you can look back to see important information such as text logs. The good news is that you can see the dates & times of when texts were sent & received via your online My Verizon account. Please see the steps below.

1.) Sign in to the My Usage (https://login.verizonwireless.com/vzauth/UI/Login?realm=vzw&goto=https%3A%2F%2Fmyvpostpay.verizonwir...) en Mi Verizon.
2.) Click view previous cycles.
3.) Scroll down to the My Bill section, then select a previous billing cycle from the pulldown menu.
4.) Under the Get the details section, select Data, talk and text activity.
