I am trying to see my Backup Assistant Plus files. The link on the website consistently leads to this message:

I have tried going through the Backup Assistant link and the Verizon Cloud link.

I just logged in to my BUA and could see my contacts, photos, etc - perhaps try clearing cache and cookies and logging in again? Or try a different browser?
I went to the verizonwireless.com site, clicked on MyVerizon, and then the Back up my Contacts link....
