Getting an electronic dopy of Archived bills

Today I was told in Verizon Chat that to get copies of bills that were more than 18  months old, I'd have to pay $5 each and received them by mail. REALLY? A high tech company like Verizon is going to go into their ELECTRONIC archives, find the 3 bills I need and PRINT and MAIL them to me? Surely to goodness this is not an acceptable protocol in 2021. 

If I have to pay $5, at least text it to me - you have my phone number.
