Im being CHARGED for my bogo phone, OVERCHARGED for another phone, getting charged for an extra line I DONT HAVE, getting OVERcharged for two other lines...and Verizon LOST two of my trade in phones. They got the boxes, but say they have no record of the phones so the boxes mudt have arrived "empty."
