My service has gotten worse. The signal is awful. The people at my local store are terrible with customer service. And my bill is outrageous. I am very unsatisfied with Verizon as whole. I need to know how much the early termination fees are and no one will ever help me. Regardless of if i call or if i go in store. Everyone always tells me theres no way for them to tell and i receive paperless statements so it doesnt say it there either. Im SO unsatisfied with Verizon. And would love some help with someone. Im tired of paying a ton of money for bad signals and awful customer service.

I can't tell you because I don't know how long you've been on your current contract or when your current contract ends, I can however tell you this:

Now, however, according to the new policy, if your contract term "results from your purchase of an advanced device on or after Nov. 14, 2014, your early termination fee will be $350, which will decline by: $10 per month in months 8-18, $20 per month in months 19-23, and $60 in the final month of your contract term.19 de nov de 2014

Thank you both. That is helpful. I would like to stay with VW if the had better customer service and i wasnt paying so much and the signal improved. but i guess you cant win everything

A ticket is a means for Verizon Wireless to authorize and track work done to troubleshoot a network issue and the results of those tests.

Think of it as similar to a service request when you want to schedule routine maintenance on your furnace or an emergency service request if the furnace quits working.

Another name for a ticket could be "work order" or "repair order".
