We did a trade in on my daughter's iPhone 6. Received packaging and label. Dropped at UPS store and device never received-it's been a month. Since we didn't receive a tracking number, anyone have an idea of what the REFERENCE number is and the location the device would have been shipped to so I can track it this way. A bit ticked as not only does she not have the phone, she doesn't have the trade in value which was more if she didn't pay cash and instead spread out the payment. Now we don't have the credit either.
