Out of the last 3 month's my payment arangement's have been messed up up by customer service representatives resulting in serious bank consequences. I just want to voice my dis pleasure with all of this. I contacted customer service 2 days prior to have my payment arrangements changed and both times they have failed to do their jobs and then your company refuses to refund my money and honor the payment arrangement that i had set up. I have been a customer since 2006. I feel better training is in order for the customer service department all they want to ask you is if you are willing to pay the 7.99 fee for an agent assisted payment which is also ridiculous as well.
