Verizon has the worst customer service system. I ordered an upgraded phone; It was shipped to Hawaii and disappeared. After an hour on the phone with FedEx and 2 hours with Verizon, I found that verizon had my order returned to the warehouse. Someone in the "Back Room" looked ay my order and didn't like my shipping address. No email or phone call or text message. I need to find another shipping address and re-order. But My Verizon still says that the phone is on the way, and I can't re-order until the package gets back to New York and is processed.
No wonder Verizon doesn't have an email for customer service. They don't want you to be able to contact anyone who has the power to fix a problem.
