How many times do I need to contact Verizon wireless, to be routed to Verizon Up for assistance?
So far I've spented 40 minutes on hold and hung up on twice once the initial rep transfers me. Still waiting for the third attempt. Worst customer service in the 20 years I've been your Verizon customer.
