Been with Verizon in 2 yr contract since 08/2014 with 6 lines totaling $400 per month. Want to change my lines to device payment program and was told I can't because I'm in a contract. I actually was told yes by first representative, then she transfers me to tech support where they tell me I can't do it, then to the supervisor who tells me I can't do it. After 2 hours on the phone with Verizon the end result is although I am a valued customer, I'm stuck in this contract until next year August. Is there someone else that I can talk to about this?If not I want out of Verizon. I can go to other companies and get treated better and also get the newest phones for $0.00 without a contract.
