Clicked on a promotion to upgrade to 18GB today from my current 15GB at no extra cost and I got an error that my service has been temporarily suspended. I did cancel one of my 5 lines yesterday but I still have 4 phones active. Can I still take advantage of this promotion and why does the website say my service has been suspended?
Called Verizon directly to get an answer to this question. Apparently I can't make any changes to my account until they delete the suspended line from my account and they can't do this until my billing cycle ends in 5 days. Fortunately it seems the special offer for 18GB will still be available at that time.
