I cannot see my usage online for any of the lines on my plan . I used to always be able to click on each number and see the messages and calls etc. What happened ?
Viewing your monthly usage can be very helpful, I agree, Stevomncy2019. Where the usage used to be, what do you see now? What plan are you on? Are you trying to view the usage from the mobile app or from our website using a computer? -Joey
I cannot view current voice and text detail usage for my lines on the website using my laptop. It was there a couple of days ago and now it's not.
