Recently I placed an order with Apple to upgrade one of my line. When Apple got to the point activating my new phone. They wasn't be able to do so. After talking with Verizon representative, they told me to go directly to Verizon store or talk with Verizon customer service to clear everything on my account before they can process my order. Then they cancelled my order. After spending about 5 hours talking with different representatives from different Verizon departments, I found out that I had an pending order (which was cancelled by Apple). All of the representatives told me that that pending order will be cleared out after 24 hours from the time it was cancelled, and there was nothing they can do at that time. Now, it was more than 24 hours and I still can't upgrade my line because of that pending order. I know there are other people facing the same problem and I don't know if they can remove the pending order or not. So, any help would be really appreciated.
