Ok, so I just got off the phone with James. Dude was really helpful, entertaining to talk to, and had soul with what he did. He's unironically one of the best customer service people I've ever talked to. Verizon could use more folks like him. Also, the MyVerizon app will lock you out for the dumbest reasons, so I hope I get James if I need to call in again. Maybe there's an extension for him lol.
