Received phone on 2/10/2015 not activated but plan is already billing?
Existing service on old phone also received the new phone on 2/10/2015 not yet activated but is billing
Being charged for a plan not in use.
New bill is also charging for month in advance as well.
Getting ready to cancel this whole MESS ASAP...if not resolved.

I Am usually billed for a product when it is shipped, not on the day I receive or use it.
