Worst service ever. I've been on hold for over and hour. I don't have time for this garbage. This is my experience every time I try to somone. Everyone should leave VZW they are not worthy of time or money.

Their customer service has taken a nosedive the last several months.  It used to be one of the reasons I stuck with them over the years.  Now they are not honoring agreed upon discounts for loyalty and their service reps are no help what so ever.  They seem to be more concerned with tricking new customers into switching to them and taking advantage of their existing long term customers.  Planning to switch when I can.

Ironically if loads of people left, those who stayed will get much better service from the centers no longer being overloaded.

Considering almost everything can be done on your own, I haven't called Verizon in over 2 years.
