In order to get Disney+, I need to be an account manager, which I need to request through the account owner. The weird thing is I have no idea who the account owner is. My wife and I have the unlimited plan with separate phone lines, and I have the Verizon log-in/password. Doesn't that make me the owner? It says there is "1" account manager already, but doesn't specify who it is. Does anybody have an idea what I can do? Thanks for any info you can provide!
If you have the log in information, just log in to the account. Click "Account", then "Profile Settings". It will tell you at the top of the page if you are the account owner. Further down the page you can see and/or set Managers, that is if you are in fact the Account Owner.
