Your account number will be on your bill, if you're a post-paid customer. You'll have to call Customer Service for the account number if you're pre-paid.

Acct # is on your paper bill, if you have no paper bill, the it is on My Verizon, if you cannot log in there, you will need to reset your password from that log in screen. Verizon doesn't have your password. Only the account owner/manager can supply this information needed to reset log in info.
