I would be concerned with unexpected changes in my monthly statements too, Jeanette333. Have you upgraded to any new phones in the past six months? Was there a recent plan change or have you done any traveling? My Verizon can offer some fantastic insight into what’s on your statement to help pinpoint any changes, such as credits or purchases. There’s an extremely helpful video at https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/new-online-bill-video that guides you through how to view those details online. After taking a look online, please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns about your account charges.
