VZW Business App no current usage logs

The My Verizon for Business app does not have call logs or messaging logs. Only shows the number of minutes and number of text messages but not the actual phone number logs. Only shows previous bills that have call logs only. Have to log onto computer to view current usage logs that haven't been billed yet. 

Also, when logging onto computer it always asks me to verify device. it never remembers my approved devices. When logging onto the mobile site from my phone, whatever I click on keeps putting me back to login page.
