Recently updated business lines to Unlimited data and added two lines, however, now ALL PREVIOUS DEVICES plus two new lines on this plan are now charged a Month in Advance Charge. Why?!?!?
Also I have seen no common sense explanation for PAYU MB With EVDO charges. What is it, and why the charge?

Verizon ALWAYS charges a month in advance for service on all bills, this is nothing unusual.
For example, on my most recent bill which was generated on 4/16, I was billed for service from 4/16 thru 5/15 meaning I was billed a month in advance.
Normally when you switch plans in the middle of a billing cycle, you will get a refund of the amount charged on the previous bill for the old plan and a charge for the current month of service for the new plan PLUS a month in advance for the new plan.
